The Computer Engineering Institute introduces itself
The Computer Engineering Institute is engaged in three main research areas.
The autonomous robotics group develops methods for robots in dynamic environments to let them interact with their environment.
Methods for managing services and resources in a wide variety of domains are studied by the Resource Management group.
In the 3rd research area Processor Architectures, algorithms for generating decision trees for decoders are addressed. Different approaches for generating decision trees that can handle irregularities in the instruction set, in particular logical propositions on bit fields, are investigated.
